The MexiCue Mc Rib
As you may have heard, the McRib has once again hit the menu at McDonalds. Haters are disgusted, loyal fans are elated. We decided to play with our own twist of this cult-worthy item using some extra pork spare ribs we smoked last week. Our version has a spread of spicy mayo on corn tortillas, smoked pork spare ribs, onions and pickles. Say what you will about the original, but this was pretty damn good.
